I am looking on behalf of my client, for a System Administrator in Bucharest.
- Proactively monitors and manages incidents/defects for our customers;
- Performs analyzes for incidents and signals any improvement requirements;
- Maintains and operates computer systems and networks;
- Install, configure and manage virtual machines;
- Maintains the efficiency and security of computer systems and networks;
- Monitors system configuration and maintains data files;
- Installs Windows operating systems, software, configures email servers
- Knowledge of networking, PC hardware and software troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems;
- Knowledge of IT security policies;
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server support, until 2019;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft HyperV and VMware vShpere virtualization;
- Experience in operating Active Directory and related GPO, DNS, DHCP, Clustering and DFS services;
- Experience in operating Microsoft Exchange and Office 365;
- Good expertise with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure is considered a plus);
- Familiarity with the backup solution offered by Veeam;
- Good analytical spirit, conceptual and solution-oriented thinking;
- Able to solve problems quickly and carefully;
- Passionate about technology.
- Knowledge of the English language at a conversational level;
- Office operating skills;
- MCSA, MCSE Certifications;
- Basic knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, VPN;
- High availability and disaster recovery architectures.
